Independence Capital Financial Partners, LLC (ICFP) is a financial firm with advisors specializing in financial planning, wealth management, and asset protection strategies. The partners of ICFP represent over 75 years of financial planning experience, of which, over a quarter of a century has been spent as a cohesive group. Our clients benefit from the collective wisdom built into our structure. Our extensive experience and insight, coupled with an independent, client centered approach to service, are the cornerstones of our organization.
A core belief of ICFP is that in light of all circumstances surrounding a client’s needs, we will make every effort to ascertain and to understand the uniqueness of their situation. This provides us the ability to earn trust and sustain partnerships with our clients now and for many years to come.
One of the advantages we have is our choice to associate with an independent broker-dealer, Cambridge Investment Research (CIR). Cambridge provides us a platform where we can put the interest of the client first, thereby allowing us to sit on the same side of the table as our clients. Cambridge has no proprietary products and does not underwrite securities, thus mitigating many of the conflicts of interest inherent in the financial services industry.
As part of our ongoing commitment to our clients, we continually seek knowledge in our industry to be best prepared to address the needs of our clients.

What is LWSRA?
Since 1976, the Lincolnway Special Recreation Association (LWSRA) has provided adaptive and special recreation services for individuals with disabilities through a cooperative agreement with Frankfort, Frankfort Square, Manhattan, Mokena, New Lenox, Peotone and Wilmington Island Park Districts. LWSRA is an integral part of the overall recreation services of each of our partners. LWSRA programs are for individuals from preschool through adult who have recreation needs that are not met by regular park district programs.
LWSRA offers a wide variety of quality programs, including participation in Special Olympics Illinois, each season to residents of all ages and all abilities. Social programs, programs for children, trips, special events, athletic programs, and an adult day program, are some of the many choices provided in our brochure which is published three times a year.
LWSRA relies on a variety of sources to provide funds needed to support our services. Member park districts provide the largest share of the support to ensure the stability and success of the cooperative. Fundraising and donations are sought to help support the many programs. Registration fees are charged for programs and events, similar to those charged by our park districts and other SRAs. In an extended effort to keep programs affordable, LWSRA has a scholarship program for those who are otherwise unable to participate because of financial hardship. This program is solely funded by donations.
